Blurred Lines Twinkling Lights

Sometimes you just have to dance in the kitchen.

I do this often.

And apparently it runs in the family.

According to legend (my mom’s stories) my maternal grandfather used to dance in the kitchen with a mop as a dance partner to Loretta Lynn songs. My paternal grandfather taught us how to polka before we knew how to walk.

Music has always been a big part of my life.

Music it good for the soul. It lifts me up when I am down.

I especially love to dance when I am in good spirits.

And lately I have reason to be in a good mood.

Dreams are becoming reality.

Great acts of kindness are abundant.

Things are coming together.

And I wanted to share my good spirit with my friends, my readers.

Now, let’s dance in the kitchen!

If no one is home and the music is loud and I am either cooking or cleaning, I may be dancing.

Love the new look! I also love dancing in the kitchen (although I hate dancing in public). We tend to have nightly kitchen dances during dinner prep ;)

Thank you Heather! Still working on the new site but it’s coming along! That’s great you have family dances during dinner prep. So cool!

I love to sing – dance, not so much, but sing YES! My daughter just said that she wished our life was a true musical yesterday – we love to sing!

I love to sing too. Not sure how good I sound but love to do it anyway. Great stress reliever!

I often try to convince my toddler to have dance parties with me in the house. So far he just looks at me like I’m crazy. :)

Aww! My toddler broke out into dance tonight at the local Subway restaurant. He loves to dance.
