My Favourite Reads Books Blogs Love

Ah, I made it to the end of National Blog Posting Month! Hard to believe I wrote a post for every single day of the month! #NaBloPoMo

If you participated in #NaBloPoMo, how did you do? Were you able to post everyday? Will you continue on into December? I am still trying to decide if I should keep going. I’m not sure if I can pull this off again. But I will make it my mission to post a lot more often! And of course, comment more often. I need to visit a few new blogs from the #NaBloPoMo blog roll.

This week’s list of Favourite Reads will be a wee bit long. I found some I had saved before we lost our Internet for a week.

I hope you enjoy my favourite reads of the week.

I Don’t Blog: When It’s Quiet

I love reading each and every one of Alex’s post. I also had the pleasure of guest posting on her site for her #BlogSmallJoys project.

Make Mommy Go Something Something: But You Look  So

This blogger is quickly becoming a new favourite of mine. She writes the exact same things I feel about mental illness.

Life on Manitoulin: I’m Never Going To Be What Everyone One Wants

Christine put into words what many of us parents feel each and every day. However, she added a personal touch by sharing a few hardships she and her family are facing. I hope to meet this sweet soul one day.

My Little Tales: Job Hunting In My Fat Pants

I stumbled across this blog via #NaBloPoMo. The opening graphic says it all! And the last paragraph, I need to remember her wise words.

The Mommy Mess: What I Want My Boys To Know

This is a very beautiful read. Loved every point made.

YummyMummyClub: Why Adoption Wasn’t The Right Choice For Me

Ashley writes about the difficult decision she made when she was pregnant with her son. Such an honest and open post about what path to take in life and where it has led her.

G@Funk@ified: What NaBloPoMo Has Taught Me

Greta also participated in NaBloPoMo. I did not get a chance to read all of her posts this month but I enjoyed reading what she learned from blogging every day.

Nomad Mom Diary: So What If My Friend’s Are All Online

I came across this blogger a little while ago and am enjoying her very blunt posts. This post explains something I wish other people understood about the friendships I have made online.

A Dose of Jenn: I Wish I Had Your Bloggy Skills

I would be remiss if I did not say I did not envy other bloggers and their awesome skills. I wish I had more readers sometimes (but a small loyal fan base is fine by me too). I also wish I could write as eloquently as so many others seem to be able to do.

Well… that concludes my participation in #NaBloPoMo. It was a great month.

I hope you keep coming back and reading more of my posts.

Congrats, Brandy! Very exciting. I envy you for even considering continuing on into December. I definitely want to keep blogging, and more frequently than I was before (which was once every couple months), but I’m sure I can’t handle it every day. I hope to do NaBloPoMo again, but with more prep next time. And I definitely need to read more of other people’s blog. Kudos to you!

NaBloPoMo definitely needs more prep time! Next time I will be better prepared.

Thank you so much for including me!! I’m going to have to check out some of these others. (I already love Kim of Make Mommy Go Something Something). And oh my gosh…did you lose the internet in the middle of November?! Eeek!

You’re very welcome! I enjoy reading your blog very much! :)

And I did lose Internet… in November… for a week! But I did have access from my phone (but it was hard to post from it).
